Cerence recently celebrated its Third Annual Winner’s Circle Award recipients. The awards recognize the best and brightest employees from across the company, highlighting the amazing individuals and teams who made tremendous contributions at Cerence.
The Winner’s Circle Award is a highly competitive award, and the recipients are selected by a panel of judges based on their performance in the following areas:
- Inspiration: The ability to inspire and motivate others
- Innovation: The ability to think outside the box and come up with new ideas
- Contribution: The ability to make significant contributions to the company
- Drive: The ability to go above and beyond in their work
- Impact: The ability to have a positive impact on the company or its customers
"The one team and 10 individuals we selected exhibit the values we want every employee to strive for at Cerence, and I congratulate all of them on their amazing achievements," said Stefan Ortmanns, Cerence CEO.
Our awards this year were broken down into two key segments: the individual awards and the team award. Individual awards were received by Jagan Shanmugam, Michel Metzger, Sergej Stanojevic, Ankur Maheshwari, Umesh Pimpalkar, Paola Rossi, Miller Wang, Jongkook Lee, and Rocky Graziano.
"I feel great and honored that our efforts and contributions from the security side are being recognized. However, I always believe that when an individual receives an award, it's because they have a great team," said Jagan Shanmugam.
This year's winning team were selected for their work on a technical proof of concept for one of our customers in China, consisting of Bruno Xu, Ryan Niu, Xinran Chen, Sheng Wang, Erland Unruh, Mehdi Moniri, Remi Grenier, Nilesh Rane, Shweta Shweta, Zhendong Yu, and others.
